Comiso (frequency) algorithm

This algorithm is equal to the polarization based Comiso algorithm from the previous section, except that it is using the (37V,19V) channels, and it is therefore called the frequency based Comiso algorithm (COMFREQ). It is using the same channels as the NORSEX algorithm , and in the case, where the linear transformation is applied to the tie-points in the NORSEX algorithm, the COMFREQ and NORSEX algorithms produces the same results, since they both solves the same three equations with the same three unknowns.
